An exciting, young and tall talent, defender Erin O’Brien enters her third season on 
the GIANTS’ list. A product of the Hills District Netball Association, the former 
training partner and Academy graduate had a breakout season in 2025, earning 
regular and consistent court time and named as an invitee to the 2025 Origin 
Australian Diamonds training camp. Standing at 190cm, O’Brien’s exceptional reach 
is complemented by her strong ability to read the play and influence the game 
beyond the shooting circle.
