• 16 years or older
• Friendly, reliable, punctual, courteous, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well presented
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Outstanding time management skills
• Adaptable and willing to assist the team as needed
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and take direction
• Have a Working with Children’s Check
• Empathy and understanding of community and volunteer-based environments
• A motivation to inspire, empower and enable others
• An aptitude for working as a team
• Professional and proactive attitude.
