Sophie Dwyer is in line for her Commonwealth Games debut as part of an exciting Diamonds squad looking to add to an already remarkable record.
Australia enters the tournament as the most successful nation in Commonwealth Games netball history, having claimed four gold medals, including their memorable triumph in Birmingham that delivered Australia's 1000th Commonwealth Games gold medal.
Jodi-Ann Ward returns to the Commonwealth Games as part of a Jamaican side with its sights firmly set on an inaugural gold medal. After helping the Sunshine Girls claim bronze in 2018 and silver in 2022, the defender will be determined to help Jamaica take the final step on the podium in Glasgow.
When are the Diamonds and Sunshine Girls playing?

How does the tournament work?
Teams have been split into two pools for the initial stage of the tournament with Australia in Pool A and Jamaica in Pool B.
Each pool will compete amongst each other with the top two from each pool to then move into Semi Final matches while the remaining teams will make up the Classification Games (6-12th).
The winners of each Semi Final will meet to content contend for a gold medal on the last day of competition on Sunday, 2 August. The two remaining teams will compete for the bronze earlier in the day.
Who will Australia face in Pool A?
Australia will go head-to-head with Tonga, England, Malawi, South Africa and Northern Ireland throughout the pool stage of the competition.
Who joins Jamaica in Pool B?
The Sunshine Girls will face off against New Zealand, Scotland, Wales, Uganda and Trinidad and Tobago.
