What is the Australian Netball Championships tournament?
The Australian Netball Championships (ANC) is Netball Australia's new-look pathway tournament for emerging talent, replacing the Australian Netball League (ANL).
Where and when is the Australian Netball Championships tournament?
2022 will be the first time the new-look tournament has been held and will run from August 22 to 28 at the Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium in Traralgon, Victoria - about a two hour drive east of Melbourne.
Who is participating in the Australian Netball Championships?
The championships will be fought out between 10 teams from state and territory Member Organisations and Suncorp Super Netball League clubs, including the GIANTS Netball Academy.
The GIANTS Netball Academy will be represented by: Eliza Burton, Jemma Donoghue, Ang Frketic, Matisse Letherbarrow, Emily Moore, Lauren Moore, Erin O'Brien Megan O'Keeffe, Amy Sligar, Nat Sligar, Ellen Spencer and Emma Thompson.

On days the event won’t be ticketed, how can I watch the tournament?
For days the event is not ticketed the venue will be open to the public, free of charge.
What time will doors to the venue open?
Doors to the venue will open 30 minutes prior to the first game commencing each day, please note the venue will also close 30 minutes after the final whistle of the session.
Where can I watch the ANC tournament?
You can watch the entire week* of competition on Kayo Freebies.
*On the final day of competition (Sunday 28 August) there will be a match played on the warm-up court at 8.30am (9th vs 10th). Due to the physical layout and position of the court, this match will not be broadcasted on Kayo Freebies. It will be the only match of the tournament that is not broadcasted. You will be able to track the game through Champion Data and the Match Centre on our website.
