The GIANTS are delighted to announce that Brokenwood Wines is returning to the GIANTS Netball family.
Established in the 1970s, Brokenwood Wines is one of Australia’s most reputable premium wine labels and their winery is a must-visit location in the iconic Hunter Valley.
Previously a partner of the GIANTS in 2019, the five-star winery has returned to the club as a Team Partner for the next three years.
Brokenwood’s foundations are built on passion and fun and shaped by their strong community values, making them the perfect fit to partner with the GIANTS.
Executive General Manager of GIANTS Netball, Tim Underwood, said the club is thrilled to continue their partnership with Brokenwood Wines.
“It’s really exciting to re-partner with Brokenwood Wines heading into 2023, for what we believe is going to be another successful year for our club,” Mr Underwood said.
“The values and direction from both organisations are likeminded and compatible and sets the foundations for a strong and rewarding partnership.
“Brokenwood have long been great supporters of our club and our players, and we look forward to rekindling our relationship.”
Brokenwood Wines CEO, Geoff Krieger, said Brokenwood Wines is excited to join forces with GIANTS Netball.
“As a wine industry Workplace Champion of Change, Brokenwood Wines values the role that women play in a gender diverse workplace,” said Mr Krieger.
“Sponsoring a group of talented, motivated and engaged young women is an extension of our commitment to empowering society to reach its potential for the betterment of everyone.”
As well as re-launching their partnership with the GIANTS, Brokenwood Wines have recently launched a new range called Twenty70.
The new vegan-friendly, sustainably sourced range has taken inspiration from the retro 70s fever in which the cellar door was born.
Brokenwood see sustainability as pivotal not only to the future of winemaking, but also to the future of the planet.
