The Deakin University Australian Netball League (DUANL) Finals are locked away and the top four teams will compete for the championship title in two weeks’ time after the final round of competition was played over the weekend.
The Victorian Fury will take on the Canberra GIANTS, while the NSW Waratahs will face the Tasmanian Magpies in semi-finals next Saturday (29 June), with the Grand Final and bronze medal game played on Sunday (30 June) at Melbourne’s State Netball and Hockey Centre.
Both Fury and Waratahs won both their games in the final round, with the GIANTS and Magpies suffering mixed results.
The DUANL is Netball Australia’s feeder competition into Suncorp Super Netball, providing a pathway for the development and identification of national athletes, coaches, administrators and officials in Australia.
Fans who can’t make it to the State Netball and Hockey Centre don’t miss out on a minute of the action and can broadcast LIVE all games across the weekend via the Netball Australia Facebook page.
