The GIANTS will participate in their first set of pre-season matches when they join the Melbourne Mavericks in Tasmania from December 11-14.
Ahead of their second season in the Suncorp Super Netball competition, the Mavericks will host the GIANTS in two 'friendly' matches before Christmas.
The first game will be played in the state's North West, at the Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre on Thursday, December 12.
The two sides will meet just two days later at the Silverdome in Launceston on Saturday, December 14.
The GIANTS and the Mavericks went one apiece in the 2024 Suncorp Super Netball season, with the GIANTS defeating the Mavericks at John Cain Arena by seven in round seven, while the Mavericks won the round 12 nail-biter by one goal at Ken Rosewall Arena in round 12.
Tickets to the pre-season matches in Tasmania will be released for sale shortly.
