Hi GIANTS Members and Fans,
Just a quick note to say thank you so much for everything you do and I’m so excited to get stuck into 2020 with you all!
Last year was such an incredible year (probably the best year I personally have ever had) and you guys are responsible for such a big part of that.
There’s no better feeling than running out to the sea of orange. Every game is filled with so much passion and support and I can’t thank you enough.
From a players perspective 2020 is looking super exciting!
There is such a good vibe in the extended team this year, with so many fresh faces and quite a few changes being made to the structure of our training program. There is a big focus on building resilience and lifting when it gets tough which we know will be so critical to our success this year.
It’s also been awesome to have the whole squad together since the start of pre-season. In contrast to last year we barely got a session all together before round one. It’s meant we are already focusing on connections and different combinations. Some of the things the girls are pulling off are blowing my mind and I can’t wait for you guys to see it in action this year!
Only 81 sleeps (not counting) until we hit the court... already dreaming about that feeling of running out in front of you all! Can't wait!
