The GIANTS Reserves will be looking to build on their back-to-back wins from last weekend in the Suncorp Super Netball Reserves when they face the Thunderbirds Futures on Saturday evening.
Retaining their core squad for a third straight week, the GIANTS will once again be bolstered by international representative Gina Crampton.
Shooting duo Monika ‘Otai and Ang Frketic were strong last weekend against the Firebirds Futures and Sunshine Coast Lightning Bolts, while Megan O’Keeffe and Ellen Spencer were also impressive in the mid-court and defensive end respectively.
Defender Charli Fidler – fresh off her Super Netball debut last week – will also line up for the Reserves on Saturday.
The GIANTS Netball Reserves will round out a big day of action on Saturday following GIANTS Netball’s earlier clash, also against the Thunderbirds, with the Super Netball clash to start at 5pm and the first centre pass for the Reserves getting underway at 7:45pm.
