The GIANTS have made two changes to their team for this weekend’s trip to the Sunshine Coast.
11th player Monika ‘Otai comes into the match-day squad for her first game of the season.
‘Otai replaces Jo Harten who will miss the round five clash due to parental reasons.
Training partner Aimee Landrigan will be the second addition to this week’s squad, with the young defender replacing Tilly McDonell.
McDonell is expected to miss the next six weeks with a calf injury, with the club to confirm her replacement on a week-by-week basis until she is fit to return.
If ‘Otai or Landrigan take the court in Sunday’s match, they would make their Suncorp Super Netball debut.
The GIANTS will take on the Lightning at UNISC Stadium at 2pm on Sunday.
