GIANTS goal shooter Jo Harten has undergone surgery on her left knee.
The English International withdrew from the Netball Quad Series in Cape Town and returned to Sydney last week.
Upon consultation with the GIANTS’ medical staff and following ongoing issues with her left knee, Harten underwent a knee arthroscopy on Monday.
Harten had been managing the injury since the 2022 Commonwealth Games which saw her sit out the International Series in Australia at the end of 2022. She played the opening game of the Jamaican series earlier this year before being sidelined again for injury management.
The surgery was successful and Harten has already begun her rehabilitation process and is aiming to be ready for round one of the Suncorp Super Netball season on March, 19.
