Marshall Into Squad

Shooter Georgia Marshall has been added to the GIANTS’ squad for their showdown with the Firebirds on Sunday.

Marshall comes into the 12-player squad in place of Maddie Hay with teams able to increase their squad from 10 to 12 players for rounds 10 and 11 due to the World Cup.

All 12 players sit on the bench and can be substituted at any time during the match.

The 189cm shooter is yet to make her Super Netball debut with the 23-year-old from the Manly-Warringah Netball Association one of the GIANTS’ four training partners this season.

Representing the Canberra GIANTS in the Deakin University Australian National League, Marshall joins defender Toni Anderson as the additions to the GIANTS’ squad.
