The GIANTS will take on the Adelaide Thunderbirds on the Sunday afternoon to round out the action of the first week.
GIANTS have won all previous meetings between the teams during the competitions three-year tenure. However, the Thunderbirds will not be underestimated after being one of the most improved teams during season 2019.
Suncorp Super Netball CEO Chris Symington said the first round of 2020 Suncorp Super Netball is bound to set the tone for the season.
“It’s exciting for fans that the season is starting a bang, especially with the 2019 Grand Final re-match. We’re looking forward to revealing the full 2020 fixture later this week – it’s going to be another incredible season of the world’s best netball,” he said.
For the 2020 season, two Suncorp Super Netball matches per week will be broadcast live on Channel 9 and two on Telstra TV. All matches will be streamed live and on demand on the Netball Live Official App.
The full 2020 Suncorp Super Netball fixture will be released on Friday 15 November.
