The Sydney Sirens are thrilled to announce exciting young midcourter Hope White has re-signed with the club on a two-year deal.
Few players have made a bigger impression on the program in such a short space of time than White. Initially joining the team as a training partner ahead of the 2025 season, the Newcastle product was elevated to the Super Netball squad as a permanent replacement player and has continued to go from strength to strength ever since.
A GIANTS Academy graduate and Newcastle product, White has climbed the ranks at remarkable speed over the past 18 months. At just 19 years of age, she has established herself as one of the most promising young talents in Australian netball.
Agile, fast and powerful through the midcourt, White combines sharp attacking vision with a growing defensive presence. Her enthusiasm, relentless work rate, and infectious energy have quickly made her a fan favourite and a valuable member of the team's environment.
Securing White's signature for a further two seasons provides the Sirens with a lively young player to continue developing as the club builds its first roster.
"I'm incredibly excited to continue my journey with this club and be part of what's next as we become the Sydney Sirens," White said.
"The past two years have been such an amazing experience and I've learned so much from the players, coaches and staff around me. To have the opportunity to continue developing here, alongside a group that means so much to me, is something I'm really grateful for.
"There's a lot of excitement around the Sirens and the chance to create something new. I can't wait to get stuck into pre-season with this group and run out on court in front of our members and fans again as we begin this next chapter together."
Sydney Sirens Head Coach Nerida Stewart said White's growth over the past season had been exceptional.

White joins Amy Sligar, Sophie Dwyer, Molly Jovic, Grace Nweke, Jodi-Ann Ward, Erin O’Brien and Matisse Letherbarrow in committing to the Sirens ahead of the 2027 Super Netball season.
