After joining the GIANTS ahead of the 2026 season, Casey Adamson will farewell the club at the end of her current contract.
Following a standout 2025 Victorian Netball League campaign with the Boroondara Express, the 28-year-old made her GIANTS debut in the opening round of the 2026 season, becoming GIANT #39.
Adamson featured in 13 of the club's 14 games during her debut campaign, recording 21 deflections and three intercepts.
GIANTS Netball Head Coach Nerida Stewart praised the contribution Adamson made to the club during her time with the club.
“When the opportunity came to join our program, Casey grabbed it with both hands,” Stewart said.
“She embraced every challenge throughout the season and worked incredibly hard to make the most of her first full Super Netball campaign.
“We're grateful for the role she played within our team this season and for everything she gave to the club during her time in orange and charcoal.
“We thank Casey for her contribution and wish her every success for the future.”
